Vendor Management and Market Data Administrator

Vendor Management:

• Manage risk management for material subcontractors, including conducting annual due diligence/risk assessments, track identified issues and remediation plans
• Report to management team regarding status of risk profile of material subcontractors
• Build a repository of all vendors with a map of the products/services purchased for both, track contract terms and expirations, open source
• Evaluate where consolidation makes sense from both a logistical and financial perspective(might involve looping in different departments who have overlapping needs)
• Manage vendor relationships
• Coordinate with Strategic Partnership team

Market Data:

• Market research for Market Data – identifying vendors & alternative vendors for required data, and initiating relationships based on guidance from subject matter experts.
• Procurement pricing –identification of value for money in data procurement processes, benchmarking costs
• Negotiation – getting the best price possible during procurement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Sharepoint)

• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to handle, respond to and execute flawlessly multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
• Must possess strong logic and reasoning skills.
• Team player with positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 1-3 years in Third Party Risk Management and Information Security
• 1-3 years of market data sourcing/procurement
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
