Corporate Counsel

Caitlin Rogers is Acadia’s Corporate Counsel. She oversees the legal function for Acadia which includes managing all contract negotiations, corporate fillings, and provides legal counsel throughout the organization. Prior to Acadia, Caitlin worked with State Street as Vice President, managing and tracking Enterprise Business Services. With the enactment of GDPR, Caitlin managed EBS’s privacy program. Caitlin also held the role of Vice President of Global Procurement Services, in which she oversaw the contracting and purchasing process for software across all areas of the bank. Caitlin attended Bentley University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Master of Science degree in Marketing Analytics. She continued to receive a Juris Doctorate degree at Stetson University College of Law in 2010. Caitlin has been a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2010.
